The hotel was friendly clean, and very comfortable as always. We haven't been in 3 years so we were really looking forward to it. This past weekend my family stayed at the Windstar for some fun and food. I could get the same massage at home for $75. Oh and for a $175.00 massage, I would want the truth. I will NEVER go back again, and I will NEVER bring another person to the spa. The lady simply lied to me, and worst the manager thought it was ok. The people at the front desk were able to give me the right name. I was shock that she would condone the lie. The spa manager, Felicia didn't see the issue with being lied to as long as I enjoyed the massage. The person who did my massage was good, but I didn't like being lied to or tricked into a massage I wouldn't have gotten if I had known the truth. I didn't want to be rude, so I went on with the appointment. The person lied to me, booked me with a completely different person, and I didn't know until they showed up for the appointment.

The person didn't even look up the account to see who I was referring to. Today, I requested the same person who did my best friend's treatment. Until they prove to me their keno machines have at least a 92 percent payback, I wont go back. The place should be shut down, but, people consider losing money as enrertainment even though they cant afford groceries or rent. Now, you couldnt win if you put $10,000 dollars through a machine. They removed the quarter multicard machines around the rome bar after the pandemic probably because I won thousands on those machines. The sad thing is it wasnt always that way. I shudder to think what their computer slot machines are set at. They have no accountability since they are on Indian land even though they have a crepe paper gaming authority.

If you cant hit a five spot playing 20 card keno with 100 dollars spent, you are simply being robbed of your money. I can say without hesitation that Winstar must be setting their video keno at 88 percent and probably much lower. Having lived in las vegas for 20 years I knew slot techs who showed me the percentage of payout on nickel keno machines and the average payout is 92 percent.
